The Thomson Reuters Foundation in collaboration with Bruchou, Fernandez Madero & Lombardi; Machado Meyer Advogados; Morales, Besa y Cia Ltda; Hogan Lovells; and Dechert LLP have published a multi-jurisdictional research guide to identify best practices to guarantee equal education for students attending rural schools in Argentina. The guide compares the laws on access to education in Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Spain, Mexico and Uruguay, with a special focus on rural education.
